Ever since the bicycle was invented in the early 1800s, this two-wheeled transporter has had a huge impact on society. Caribbean Nostalgia

I´ve recently moved to Riviera Maya, more exactly to some villas in akumal. It´s been a year now and I haven´t seen my family or friends, somehow this holiday season is making me homesick.
It seems my potentially politic family is having all the attention since airplane tickets to meet my family for Holidays were tremendously expensive and completely out of reach.
We often meet my boyfriend´s family in our villas in Akumal, sometimes we invite them to stay over for the night of even the season but this time we are meeting them in Merida. Merida is a Yucatecan city 3 hour drive distance from my Akumal condo. We are spending this special party at Uncle Mau´s place and the night at grandfather´s hacienda. We are taking Mr. Cache our best companion; grumpy and old boxer with us, he´s never left behind!
And the great part is that I´ve just received a call from a good old friend, actually of one of my best friends; saying that she´s coming to Cancún for a week with her boyfriend and her lovely Uma to salute Mr. Cache over some margaritas at the beach.
So on the 25th I´m leaving Merida for Tulum, a virgin town 20 minute drive from Akumal. Probably we´ll be spending New Year´s Eve with them at our villas in Akumal, which sounds perfect for me and for them as well! My first guests in a year!!! I’ll be taking them snorkeling at Yalku, beer bucketing at la Buena vida, deep sea diving with uncle chalo’s dive shop and probably I’ll be taking them to the cenote route by bicycle; which is a 6 hour sunny and exhausting tour.

I stumbled upon the master cleanse program while looking for more info on fasting, it appears to be a very popular one and is considered pretty solid. Most recently it was brought into the media’s attention again by Beyonce giving credit to the cleanse for their getting into shape.
After reading the reactions of others on the internet to the cleanse I found it very encouraging and also informative of what it truly takes to complete. I contacted a few people about thier experiences with the master cleanse and some did not get past day 2 or 3 which appears to be where most stumble. I’ve fasted in the past and never could last without eating at all as most fasts require. The master cleanse at least allows some nourishment (the drink used for cleansing which uses lemons is why it is also known as the lemonade diet.)
The premise is simple, but simple does not equal easy.. Even with so few rules to follow it can be trying due to the will power required to get past the first few days. Luckily I came across a book (master cleanse secrets) that gives you lots of tips and tricks to make the master cleanse a much smaller challenge.
It is hyped a lot for the weight loss one can achieve but I’m not over-weight so that is not why I am interested in it. I am looking to get the toxin cleansing that it was originally created for. I felt really tired and sluggish lately and enough people have told me how much better they feel after a fast that I went for it once more.
From what I’ve been reading the typical amount of time spent on the master cleanse diet is ten days, although it is not uncommon for people to stay on the cleanse for longer periods of time. I decided to commit to only 5 days to see how I reacted. Considering I never made it past 2 days before that was quite an accomplishment.
I have to give credit to the secrets book. It was a great resource that kept me going when I hit a sticking point . Knowing it was there with answers gave me a lot more confidence going into the cleanse. The extra confidence surely led to my success.
Luckily I went to see my doctor for a check-up recently so the timing was good. I strongly urge anyone interested in trying any kind of fast to speak with their doctor first to make sure everything is OK before diving in.
The final verdict: I feel much better after the 5 days and I am considering doing it again. Next time I will shoot for the full ten days. There’s only one way that people are freeing themselves from the shackles of bad credit and that is to create a new credit file on themselves within the credit bureau’s computer system. This new file won’t have any of your previous credit on it. And as you read an you’ll see exactly how to make sure that only your new credit file surfaces when someone is running a credit check on you. This sounds complicated but it’s very simple as you’ll see.
In the credit bureau’s computer system are millions of people’s names, personal information, and credit histories. With so much information stored on so many people it’s common to find many people with the same names and birth-dates. Some of these cases maybe in the same city. The credit bureau buy to let has many identities entering their system for the first time or leaving permanently because of the thousands of births and deaths in America each day.
Because of the vast number of people in this country and the massive amount of information being stored on every aspect of our lives, accompanied by increased legislation that restricts the ability of different computer agencies to cross reference or exchange information on citizens, a complex situation exists that limits even the most powerful computer system’s ability to keep track of these gigantic reservoirs of information compiled on the American people! Anyone of the 3 variations mentioned in the previous paragraph throws the computer off in it’s search for a person’s credit history and as a result a - no record found - is reported back to those performing the credit check. A - no record found - means that a new credit file can be compiled on a person based on the name and personal information used in the initial credit check and would belong exclusively to the person desiring to do such! Thus, a new credit file is in the makings!
Just keep reading if you will and I’ll show you how easy it is to get a drivers license or State ID card to match the name and personal information a person uses to create his new credit file. And I’ll also show you how to establish credit on your new credit file. Let’s say that your name is Sell and Rent Back Scotland and you were born on Jan. 38th, 1492, your social security number is 000-00-0000 and your address is 1234 Credit ave. Florida, Alaska. Now let’s say that your credit is bad enough to get you turned down whenever you apply for additional credit and you want to get around this obstacle. If you changed your first name to another that starts with a different letter other than the first letter of your real name, such as Robert Doe instead of John Doe. and used your same personal information, a no record found - would surface during a credit check! If you kept your first name and changed your last name to another one that starts with a different letter other than the first letter of your real last name, such as, John Williams instead of John Doe, and used your same personal information, then a - no record found - will also surface. If you kept your real name, both first and last, along with your real birthdate (birthdate must always stay the same in order to match with the birthdate on your License or ID) and changed everything else in your personal information then a - no record found - would surface also.
With a completely different first and last name or alias you can keep all your original personal information or make up new personal information (remember that your birthdate must always stay the same ) and a - no record found would surface both ways. 1997 Chevrolet Lumina

Sturdy, reliable, and inexpensive, the 1997 Chevrolet Lumina does what its marketed to do: Work! It may shock you that the Lumina has been in the top ten selling cars several years in a row. It does this without a lot of the fanfare of other cars out there, but a good car at a good price will always be in demand.
The 1997 Chevrolet Lumina also scored extremely well in crash tests. It’s one of the top performing cars in the standard government crash tests and is well above average in real world crash results as well. The Lumina protects its occupants.
All luminas have the “PASSKEY” system that disables the engine if someone tries to start the car with the wrong key. As a result, Luminas have the lowest rate of theft among all luxury sedans. This is one less thing to worry about with the 1997 Chevrolet Lumina.
